Wayne SWCD Local Working Group Meeting

Held as part of the Wayne Ag Success Team Meeting (light refreshments provided)

What is a Local Working Group Meeting?

o   Required annually by our partners in conservation at the USDA NRCS

o   Helps to guide and inform our work throughout the year

o   Asks our stakeholders where they would like our efforts to be directed

o   Lets us know what we are getting right and where we can do better

o   Gives folks a chance to introduce and discuss new ideas

 Questionnaire: (Even if you can’t attend the meeting, we invite you to fill out our survey)

o   Available on paper at the meeting, or you can easily link to an electronic version here, or by scanning the QR code at the meeting.

o   You may fill out the questionnaire at any time within the next week.

If you choose the electronic version your work is done as you hit send.

If you fill out a paper version you may drop it off at our office during working hours M-F 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, or scan and send to info@wayneSWCD.org

MISSION: The mission of the Wayne Soil and Water Conservation District is to protect, restore, enhance and promote the wise use of natural resources. This will be achieved through the development of projects, technical assistance, education of public, the cooperation of landowners/users, and through coordination with our partner agencies.
