How to Register

1. The Advisor will complete a  2026  Area 2 Team Registration Form. (listing Team name, members, alternates, shirt sizes, etc.)

2. Each Team member, including Alternates and Advisors MUST complete  & sign a 2026 Area 2 & Ohio Envirothon Release Form.

Forms to Be Turned In:

• 1 (By Advisor) - 2026 Area 2 Team Registration Form
• All Team Members & Advisor (Completed & Signed)  2026  Area 2 & Ohio Envirothon Release Form

3. The Advisor will turn both the Team Registration Form and the Release Forms into Ashtabula SWCD's by the Firm Deadline of FRIDAY , March 27th 2026, by 4:30 PM!  All forms to turned into Ashabula SWCD via snail mail, dropped off,  or scanned and  e-mailed to Suzanne Westlake. Final Deadline is  March 27th 2026.  Please write your home County on both  Forms.  

The forms must be received by this deadline.  

4. When registering your team or teams, it is highly encouraged that you list alternates on your registration. Team can compete with less than five students at the Area level, but they will Not be eligible to advance to the state level with less than five team members.
